Day 3 Challenge: Now that you know what a Perfect Day is, I want you to visualize yours and write it down as a blog post. Start with the moment you wake up, through to the time you go to sleep.

 

The perfect day is something that’s highly idealized, but may not always turn out in reality.

However, it is supposed to be made is crystal clear so I can work on it one-by-one.

 

0600 Wake up. Morning routine: brush teeth/tongue/shower + oil pulling, stretch, drink water, read out loud

0700 Read a book, Plan for the day: top 3 priorities/tasks to complete

0800 Work (#1 Priority)

1030 Brunch (MealSquares + Ambronite or Schmilk)

1100 Read from phone (WeChat articles)

1230 Power Nap

1300 Work (#2 Priority)

1600 Linner (MealSquares + Ambronite or Schmilk)

1630 Read a book

1730 Exercise: Parkour, Neijia Quan

1830 Work (#3 Priority), check Email

2030 Entertainment (Online and or play piano)

2130 Night routine: stretch, shower, brush teeth/tongue/floss, Read/Debrief

2300 Sleep
